Job Summary
To advance applied research that expands economic opportunity, a part-time Senior Researcher in Economic Opportunity will lead and contribute to research and evaluation projects, managing day-to-day operations, designing studies, overseeing data collection and analysis, and communicating findings to clients and stakeholders in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day project operations in roles such as principal investigator, project director, or task lead
- Lead collaborative project teams by developing timelines, coordinating staff assignments, and ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
- Design studies to address key research questions and oversee data collection and analysis efforts
Required qualifications
- PhD in a related subject area with 3+ years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience
- Firm understanding of implementation science and experience with data collection methodologies and analysis activities
- Experience managing project and/or task teams on research and evaluation projects
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client and partner relationships
- Experience with business pursuit, including grant and proposal writing
