Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Senior Researcher to support project teams in K-12 education accountability systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of policy analysis projects and support project leadership
• Provide expertise on evidence-based strategies related to accountability and school improvement
• Manage projects, including planning timelines, overseeing deliverables, and engaging with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• PhD in a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience
• Experience managing project teams on research and evaluation projects
• Understanding of federal and state accountability systems and related data sources
• Expertise in school improvement research and prior experience conducting evaluations
• Demonstrated experience with research design, data analysis, and various data collection methodologies
