Senior Researcher in Healthcare

Job Summary

Leading applied research projects in a remote capacity, the full-time Senior Researcher in Healthcare will design rigorous studies, manage project teams and budgets, oversee data collection and analysis, and communicate actionable findings to clients and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project operations, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
• Design and implement impactful research and technical assistance projects, including developing study designs and methodologies
• Communicate study progress and findings effectively through various materials while fostering strong client and stakeholder relationships

Required qualifications

• PhD in a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience or a master's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative data collection methodologies and analytic software
• Demonstrated ability to manage project teams on research and evaluation projects
• Strong background in Medicare, Medicaid, or Marketplace financing or policy
• Experience in business development efforts, including grant and proposal writing
