A company is looking for a Senior Researcher, Medicaid Quality Measures.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the construction, interpretation, and computation of quality measures for Medicaid programs
• Manage project operations, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables while leading collaborative teams
• Communicate study findings and represent the organization in client interactions

Required Qualifications

• PhD in a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in quality measurement work, including measure specification and performance evaluation
• Proven ability to analyze large datasets and produce well-documented analytic outputs
• Experience leading project tasks and managing teams in research or evaluation projects
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis methodologies
