Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Researcher, Quality Measures to join its Health Transformation Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of quality measures
• Oversee analytic workflows and quality assurance processes for performance reporting
• Supervise and mentor research staff while managing project budgets and timelines

Required Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant field with 3+ years of experience or a Master's degree with 7+ years of experience
• Demonstrated experience with statistical inference methods and large datasets
• Experience developing and implementing quality measures for federal programs
• Experience writing proposals for federal agencies
• Direct experience with CMS is preferred but not required
