Job Summary

Managing the settlement phase of residential mortgages, the full-time Senior Residential Mortgage Closer will prepare and organize legal documents, mentor junior staff, and ensure compliance with mortgage closing procedures while working remotely within specified states.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and organize legal documents for residential mortgage loan settlements, ensuring compliance with investor guidelines
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers, attorneys, and title companies while guiding internal teams in documentation collection
• Lead, train, and mentor junior staff, resolve escalated issues, and assist in process improvements and special projects

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
• 3 or more years of experience in Residential Mortgage banking and closing (Required)
