Senior Resiliency Incident Response Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Specialist, Resiliency Incident Response (PST).

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, escalate, prioritize, communicate, and coordinate incidents while ensuring adherence to the company's incident response process
• Respond to automated alerts, interpret data, and drive resolution of incidents in a high-pressure environment
• Document incidents, engage in post-incident analysis, and collaborate with teams to improve resiliency operations

Required Qualifications

• Technical and customer support experience, including familiarity with logging and monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, SQL)
• Understanding of API (REST and GraphQL), JSON/XML, and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS)
• Ability to prioritize and execute in a high-pressure, complex environment
• Experience working in ambiguity and making strong decisions without processes to guide you
• Familiarity with engineering vernacular and ability to engage effectively with technical teams
