Senior Resource Management Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate - Resource Management Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage resource management databases and deployment tools for data accuracy and consistency
• Produce regular and ad hoc reporting related to utilization, capacity, demand, and deployment trends
• Analyze resource data to identify trends and provide data-driven insights for leadership decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Over 5 years of total work experience, with more than 3 years in operations or resource management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience interacting with senior leadership and staff
• Familiarity with resource or workforce planning tools and analytics is preferred
