Senior Resource Management Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Consultant, Resource Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage services P&L, including revenue, cost, and margin performance
• Drive forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning for service delivery
• Optimize employee utilization rates and manage resource planning and capacity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Management, or Accounting preferred
• 3+ years of P&L and project accounting experience
• 3+ years managing project margins and utilization for a SaaS company or equivalent
• 2 years of project management experience with budget management responsibility
• Experience creating and presenting to executive-level stakeholders
