Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Resource Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage allocation and assignment of global resources across multiple departments
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address complex resource requirements
• Prepare metrics and reports on resourcing activities and escalate high-risk staffing situations as necessary

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 7 years of resource management or relevant experience
• Proven experience in negotiating with and influencing stakeholders
• Demonstrated prior experience in a CRO or similar industry
