Job Summary

To optimize resource deployment across global portfolios, the full-time Senior Resource Manager will oversee daily resourcing, manage contractor relationships, and drive operational excellence while working remotely and aligning with EST hours.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily resourcing across multiple client portfolios and lead global portfolio resourcing calls
• Manage all aspects of contractor onboarding, extensions, and offboarding while ensuring compliance with company standards
• Maintain high-quality data for accurate reporting and partner with teams to refine forecasting and time-tracking processes

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in resourcing, workforce planning, or operations within marketing or professional services
• Deep understanding of project delivery cycles in creative or B2B marketing contexts
• Advanced skills in resource planning tools such as Kantata, Float, and Excel
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance financial efficiency and operational excellence
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and manage stakeholders across senior levels
