Job Summary

Leveraging expertise in workforce management, the full-time Senior Resource Planning Analyst will analyze operational data, develop staffing models, and optimize resource allocation while collaborating with stakeholders in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and interpret operational data to ensure compliance and support organizational deliverables
  • Develop and manage staffing models to attract and retain top talent for organizational growth
  • Coordinate resource management systems to optimize resource utilization metrics across departments
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills
  • 2 years of experience in staffing level determination and adjustment recommendations
  • 2 years of experience managing projects related to financial, utilization, and business needs
  • 2 years of experience with Verint and/or NICE, including data analysis
  • High school diploma or GED required; BA/BS degree preferred
