Job Summary

Building strategic partnerships with enterprise restaurant partners, the remote Senior Restaurant Business Partner will manage relationships, leverage operational insights, and drive collaborative outcomes to ensure mutual success.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with contacts at all levels within a portfolio of restaurant partners
• Analyze partner performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on partner-specific goals and drive operational outcomes

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing top-tier partners or accounts, preferably in restaurant operations or e-commerce logistics
• Proven track record of building strong internal and external relationships that deliver business impact
• Expertise in analyzing complex data sets and using analytical tools such as Tableau or Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present insights effectively
• Proactive problem-solving skills with experience in conflict resolution and creative solution development
