Senior Retail and Packaging Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Retail and Packaging Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the retail roadmap and processes, manage retail product launches and onboarding of new partners, and drive packaging projects and continuous improvement
• Manage retail product, major retail campaigns, fixture projects, omni-channel packaging, and packaging samples through all aspects of the project lifecycle
• Support onboarding new partners and act as a gatekeeper for quality of brand standards by ensuring retail designs align with guidelines

Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of project management experience with retail deliverables and 2 years of experience in packaging and packaging development
• Ability to quickly learn the company's business model and operational processes
• Strong communication skills and ability to deal with ambiguity, drive results, and manage changing scope
• Experience in packaging design, processing systems, and commercialization business processes
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
