Senior Retail Forecast Analyst

Job Summary

To optimize supply chain performance, the full-time remote Senior Retail Forecast & Replenishment Analyst will own end-to-end forecasting and replenishment for the Drug channel, directly managing retailer relationships and execution processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own weekly demand planning, inventory monitoring, and collaboration with CVS and Walgreens inventory teams
• Establish a store audit process to ensure optimal store coverage and swift issue resolution
• Lead analysis on promotional activities to quantify lift and improve future planning

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in CPFR, demand planning, replenishment, or supply chain with major retail accounts
• Proven track record of managing external retailer relationships and influencing replenishment decisions
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with experience in building reporting and planning infrastructure
• Experience managing forecasting at the retailer/SKU level and familiarity with forecast accuracy metrics
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Retail Management, or a related field
