Senior Retail Fulfillment Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused Senior Retail Fulfillment Analyst, this full-time remote position will manage end-to-end B2B order execution, retail fulfillment coordination, and transportation operations across the retail network and 3PL partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage B2B order processing, fulfillment execution, and monitor retail order status to ensure seamless operations
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with Supply Planning and Demand Planning teams to maintain inventory availability and address fulfillment risks
• Oversee relationships with 3PL partners and ensure compliance with retailer operational requirements for timely shipment execution

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Retail Operations, Supply Chain Operations, Logistics, Transportation, or Fulfillment Operations
• Experience in B2B or retail fulfillment operations within a CPG, wellness, supplement, or consumer goods environment preferred
• Strong understanding of retailer compliance requirements including routing, labeling, and appointment scheduling
• Experience coordinating LTL and FTL transportation operations and working with 3PL partners
• Proficiency with ERP, TMS, or retail operational systems preferred
