Senior Retail Operations Specialist
Job Summary
Managing daily retail fulfillment operations, the full-time Senior Retail Operations Specialist will ensure accurate and timely order shipments, proactively manage inventory, and maintain relationships with logistics partners in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day retail order fulfillment and resolve shipment issues proactively
- Manage inventory to anticipate shortages and ensure smooth order processing
- Track performance metrics and drive process improvements in logistics and fulfillment
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in retail operations, order fulfillment, or replenishment in a CPG environment
- Direct experience with Walmart and Club channels, and familiarity with distributors like UNFI or KeHE
- Understanding of EDI order management and expiration handling in retail fulfillment
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems, preferably Fulfil.io
