Senior Retail Sales Representative

Job Summary

To achieve sales objectives within assigned territories, the full-time Senior Retail Sales Representative will conduct outbound phone calls to retailers, manage annual planning, and maintain compliance with loyalty contracts while providing training and coaching to new employees.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to Convenience, Food, and Foodservice retailers to promote products and drive sales
• Manage small chains and ensure compliance with annual loyalty contracts while utilizing analytic tools for performance tracking
• Participate in training new employees and provide ongoing sales coaching to enhance team effectiveness

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proven selling skills with a track record of achieving sales quotas
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft applications
• Strong initiative and tenacity in a sales environment
• Ability to manage time effectively and build interpersonal relationships with customers
