Senior Retail Support Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Retail Support Specialist to provide high-level customer service and support to Loan Officers and teams in managing loan pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with top performing Loan Officers on deal structure scenarios and loan programs
• Investigate and resolve complex issues in collaboration with various departments
• Support operational flow of inquiries and coordinate change requests on rate locks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of Lock Desk experience with mastery of mortgage loan programs
• Experience with Optimal Blue product & pricing engine (PPE)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis
• Ability to handle escalated issues and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
