Job Summary
Leading the development and execution of co-marketing initiatives, the full-time Senior Retailer Marketing Manager will drive e-commerce growth and strengthen strategic partnerships with key retailers while working remotely through the end of 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary marketing liaison for assigned retailer accounts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align plans with business objectives
- Lead seasonal activation campaigns by leveraging CRM, paid media, and incentive channels, partnering with creative and media teams for multi-channel strategies
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize strategies and identify key growth insights
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in multi-channel digital marketing, with a focus on performance and incentive marketing
- Proven track record of executing successful go-to-market strategies and multi-channel marketing plans
- Strong analytical mindset capable of translating complex data into actionable retailer growth strategies
- Partner marketing or partner management experience is a significant advantage
