Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Retention Specialist to oversee a team of Customer Retention Call Center Representatives in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and appraise the performance of Customer Retention Call Center Representatives
- Handle escalated customer calls and act as a liaison for customer complaint resolution
- Conduct performance reviews and maintain a positive work atmosphere for the team
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- At least 2 years of combined supervisory and retention experience
- Experience in life and/or health insurance preferred
- Advanced PC skills, particularly in Microsoft Office products
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and make independent decisions
