Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Retention Specialist to oversee a team of Customer Retention Call Center Representatives in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and appraise the performance of Customer Retention Call Center Representatives
  • Handle escalated customer calls and act as a liaison for customer complaint resolution
  • Conduct performance reviews and maintain a positive work atmosphere for the team
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • At least 2 years of combined supervisory and retention experience
  • Experience in life and/or health insurance preferred
  • Advanced PC skills, particularly in Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and make independent decisions
