Senior Retirement Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Retirement Analyst for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day administration of 20+ pension plans including loans, hardships, enrollments, distributions and QDROs
• Act as a resource for co-workers questions and internal HR queries
• Process Retirement applications including forms production

Required Qualifications:

• Four years of experience analyzing/managing data using spreadsheets and other data management tools
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience
• Two or more years experience supporting Compensation functions
• Strong analytical skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
