Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Retirement Benefits Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in vendor management for retirement plans and project management for new vendor implementation
Support ongoing plan compliance, including NDT testing and annual enrollment
Research and analyze benefit offerings and assist with internal audits and SOX controls

Required Qualifications

5 years or more of related retirement benefits experience
Bachelor's degree preferred with a strong focus on numbers and analytics
Knowledge of State and Federal laws pertaining to Retirement Benefits
Strong comfort with complex spreadsheets and calculations
Experience in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
