Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Retirement Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in vendor management for retirement plans and project management for new vendor implementation
• Support ongoing plan compliance, including NDT testing and 5500 review
• Propose benefit strategies with cost analysis and assist in internal audits and annual enrollment support

Required Qualifications

• 5 years or more of related retirement benefits experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred with a strong focus on numbers and analytics
• Knowledge of state and federal laws regarding retirement benefits
• Experience with complex spreadsheets and calculations
• Some travel may be required
