A company is looking for a Senior Retirement OMNI Business Process Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, perform, and implement process improvement initiatives
• Responsible for complex business and systems process analysis, design, and simulation
• Organize, lead, and facilitate cross-functional project teams

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of Retirement OMNI+ experience
• 3-5 years of Business Analyst experience
• Knowledge of financial services industry and end-to-end systems development life cycles
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems, or equivalent experience
• Data mapping experience
