Job Summary

Managing a caseload of retirement plan clients, the full-time Senior Retirement Plan Administrator will focus on accurate plan administration, regulatory compliance, and proactive client relationship management in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned clients, ensuring high retention through proactive communication and service delivery
  • Prepare, amend, and maintain plan documents while ensuring compliance with regulatory changes
  • Perform nondiscrimination testing and monitor participant eligibility, contributions, and vesting schedules to ensure adherence to ERISA, IRS, and DOL requirements
Required qualifications
  • ASPPA and/or CEBS designation required
  • 10+ years of experience in retirement plan administration, including 401(k) and 403(b) plans
  • Depth of knowledge in ERISA, DFVCP, and VCP filings
  • Proficient in Non-Discrimination testing (Section 401(a)(4), 401(a)(26))
  • Experience with recordkeeping systems such as FTWilliam
