Senior Retirement Plan Administrator

Job Summary

Managing a caseload of 75+ retirement plans, the full-time Senior Retirement Plan Administrator will oversee compliance testing, contribution calculations, and government reporting while providing guidance on plan design and legislative requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage A-Z administration of 401(k) and cross-tested plans, excluding loan and distribution processing
• Perform compliance testing and government reporting, including ADP/ACP, 415, and Top Heavy testing
• Provide superior client service by responding to inquiries and discussing plan design changes with clients

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of retirement plan experience
• Excellent knowledge of non-discrimination testing and advanced cross-testing concepts
• Ability to perform accrual-based trust accounting for Form 5500 purposes
• Proficiency in MS Office, with experience in FT William preferred
• ASPPA and/or NIPA credentials preferred, or willingness to pursue them
