Senior Retirement Plan Director

Job Summary

To support the Retirement DCIO channel in the Pacific Northwest, the full-time Senior Retirement Plan Director will manage relationships with retirement partners, generate sales, and retain assets for Franklin Templeton's defined contribution investment-only business while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and cultivate key intermediary/provider relationships to develop fund sales
• Partner with wholesalers of national recordkeeping platforms to enhance awareness of investment capabilities
• Market value-added programs to help Retirement Intermediaries design better plan solutions

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of field consulting/sales experience within the defined contribution and investment industry
• FINRA Series 7 & 63 Licenses required
• Advanced investment/product knowledge including Target Date Solutions and Stable Value
• Strong relationship management and organizational skills
• Public speaking and seminar experience
