Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Plan Manager-Retirement to manage corporate bundled plans and enhance client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for specific sponsored plans, handling complex and sensitive cases
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure plan alignment and contribute to product development
• Identify plan retention opportunities and support training for new employees

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry
• Customer service experience, particularly with sensitive and key clients
• SPARK/ARPS Certification preferred or to be completed upon hire
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent preferred
