Senior Revenue Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Revenue Accountant (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Support the revenue monthly close process by maintaining revenue and AR reporting and analysis
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations, particularly for Accounts Receivable and related activities
• Investigate errors in revenue and AR entries and participate in improving internal controls and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business required; CPA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in revenue accounting
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and ASC 606
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables and large data sets
• Experience with insurance billing and project-based accounting systems is a plus
