Senior Revenue Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Revenue Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and reconciliations for various accounting areas, including commission accruals and revenue contract reviews
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring compliance with GAAP
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support business initiatives and optimize accounting systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CPA track preferred
• 4-7 years of progressive accounting experience, with a mix of public accounting and private industry preferred
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, particularly revenue accounting (ASC 606)
• Experience in a high-growth or fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with systems such as NetSuite or similar ERP platforms
