Senior Revenue Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Revenue Accountant who will play a critical role in revenue accounting activities and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly financial close processes with a focus on revenue recognition and ASC 606
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules related to revenue and balance sheet accounts
• Analyze revenue reporting and provide financial analysis and variance support to management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 4+ years of accounting experience, preferably in revenue accounting within a SaaS environment
• Strong working knowledge of ASC 606 and revenue recognition principles
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial data analysis
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite or similar) is a plus
