Senior Revenue Accountant

Job Summary

To support and optimize end-to-end revenue operations processes, the full-time Senior Revenue Accountant will ensure the accuracy of billing, revenue, accounts receivable, and cash collections while participating in an ERP implementation initiative in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and optimize the quote-to-cash process across CRM, billing, ERP, and payment systems
• Monitor and reconcile billed revenue, recognized revenue, deferred revenue, accounts receivable, and cash collections
• Serve as a key stakeholder in the implementation of a new ERP system and redesign quote-to-cash workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in revenue accounting, order-to-cash accounting, or subscription accounting
• Experience in a subscription-based or SaaS environment preferred
• Experience supporting ERP implementations or major systems/process transformations
• Advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis capabilities
