Senior Revenue Accountant

Job Summary

Owning the full billing lifecycle, the full-time remote Senior Revenue Accountant will manage subscription billing, support month-end close activities, and drive AI adoption to enhance billing processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end billing operations, including complex subscription scenarios and collections management
• Assist with month-end close activities, ensuring accurate revenue reporting and reconciliations
• Act as a senior point of contact for customer billing inquiries, ensuring clear communication and resolution of issues

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in billing operations or revenue operations within a SaaS or subscription-based company
• Extensive hands-on experience with Zuora, including subscription management and invoicing
• Foundational knowledge of revenue recognition principles (ASC 606)
• Proven ability to handle complex billing scenarios with sound judgment
• Demonstrated experience working with AI tools in a finance or operations context
