Senior Revenue Accountant

Job Summary

As the primary owner of revenue accounting and customer billing operations, the full-time Senior Revenue Accountant will manage client invoicing, accounts receivable, and revenue recognition processes in a remote environment for a fast-growing SaaS organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end client invoicing process, ensuring timely and accurate billing
• Manage accounts receivable activities, including customer account maintenance and collections
• Monitor and report key revenue cycle metrics, ensuring compliance with ASC 606

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CPA candidate preferred
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2+ years in a senior or lead accountant capacity
• SaaS industry experience required; private equity-backed company experience preferred
• Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite experience required) and advanced Excel skills
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and experience applying ASC 606 guidance to complex contracts
