Senior Revenue Accountant

Job Summary

Supporting accurate revenue accounting and billing processes, the full-time Senior Revenue Accountant will manage accounts receivable activities, contribute to financial reporting, and collaborate with various departments in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support key revenue accounting activities, including billing preparation, revenue recognition, and account reconciliations
• Partner with Finance and Operations to resolve revenue and billing-related inquiries and improve processes
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, focusing on revenue accuracy and compliance with GAAP

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field
• At least 5 years of accounting experience, particularly in billing and revenue accounting
• Experience with professional services billing practices
• Working knowledge of GAAP and revenue recognition concepts
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
