Senior Revenue Accountant

Job Summary

To support revenue accounting operations, the full-time Senior Revenue Accountant will analyze complex customer contracts for revenue recognition, serve as a subject matter expert on ASC 606, and participate in monthly and quarterly close activities, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze customer contracts to determine appropriate revenue recognition treatment in accordance with ASC 606
• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue accounting close activities and deliverables
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate revenue forecasting and reporting

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a revenue accounting role within the SaaS technology or subscription-based industry
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Public accounting or public company experience is required; CPA is a plus
• Proficiency in using the NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management module
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills
