Senior Revenue Accountant

Job Summary

Supporting the revenue accounting team in a full-time capacity, the Senior Revenue Accountant will manage day-to-day transactions, drive process improvements, and assist with revenue recognition and compliance in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive process improvements and automation to streamline revenue accounting operations and enhance the quality of financial closes
• Review sales orders and assist in the order to cash process to ensure proper revenue recognition
• Prepare accounting entries and reconciliations related to deferred revenue and support the month-end close review process

Required qualifications

• BS in Finance or Accounting
• 3+ years of relevant experience in revenue accounting
• Comprehension of GAAP and experience with an advanced revenue module in Netsuite or a similar ERP system
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong time management skills
