Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop accounting staff, providing goals and feedback
• Oversee revenue recognition in compliance with ASC 606 and manage the order-to-cash process
• Lead month-end close processes and prepare audit-ready financial documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including revenue accounting
• Strong expertise in ASC 606 and revenue recognition principles
• Experience managing the full cycle order-to-cash process
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls
