Senior Revenue Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the Finance team, the full-time Senior Revenue Analyst will ensure the accuracy and integrity of revenue, billing, payment, and customer data while working remotely from their home office in the United States.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze data across Salesforce, billing platforms, and customer portals to identify discrepancies
- Reconcile Salesforce data with billing and payment sources, investigating and resolving discrepancies
- Develop reports and processes to maintain data quality, accuracy, and integrity across multiple systems
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, revenue operations, or financial analysis
- Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze large datasets
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Ability to independently identify issues and work effectively across departments
