Senior Revenue Analytics Analyst

Job Summary

Transforming complex clinical and financial data into actionable insights, the full-time Senior Revenue Analytics Analyst will conduct patient revenue analyses, execute rate calculations, and support budgeting and forecasting processes in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform complex patient revenue analyses using billing data and accounting systems, translating results into actionable insights
• Conduct monthly and quarterly variance analysis across patient revenue components, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify revenue optimization opportunities and assist in the annual budgeting cycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Data Science
• 4 years of experience related to healthcare revenue analysis
• Experience with large, complicated data set analysis
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Hyperion Essbase/Smartview
• Knowledge of accounting, finance, or revenue cycle management is a plus
