Senior Revenue Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

Focused on protecting revenue integrity, the full-time Senior Revenue Assurance Analyst will perform financial analysis, customer account reviews, and dispute investigations in a hybrid work environment, dedicating approximately 80% of their efforts to Revenue Assurance and 20% to Billing Operations support.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate customer claims, validate contractual terms, and investigate disputed charges to ensure accurate financial outcomes
• Analyze customer account activity to identify revenue leakage opportunities and financial risk exposures, while conducting root-cause analysis for process improvements
• Collaborate with Finance and Billing Operations teams to support customer account investigations and optimize operational processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Accounting, or a related discipline
• 3-7 years of experience in Revenue Assurance, Financial Analysis, or related fields
• Strong analytical and investigative skills with experience in researching complex financial discrepancies
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis
• Ability to interpret contracts and evaluate financial impacts for business decision-making
