Senior Revenue Billing Analyst

Job Summary

To support and enhance billing operations, the full-time Senior Revenue Billing Analyst will execute end-to-end billing processes in Zuora, manage complex billing workbooks, and partner with cross-functional teams to resolve billing challenges in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end billing processes in Zuora, including recurring billing and invoice preparation
• Manage complex billing workbooks and ensure accurate invoicing and reconciliation
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement automation solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in B2B billing operations
• Advanced experience with Zuora, including subscription management and invoicing workflows
• Experience using Salesforce for billing case management
• Familiarity with tools such as Sage Intacct and advanced Excel
