Job Summary

Evaluating revenue cycle performance operations, the full-time Senior Revenue Cycle Advisor will design and implement billing procedures, manage billing functions, and engage in continuous process improvement initiatives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement billing procedures and systems for new services to ensure effective billing operations
• Manage performance of the billing function in alignment with established operating standards
• Facilitate training and oversight to ensure compliance with billing regulations and enhance team competency

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience
• Advanced knowledge of revenue cycle processes and billing compliance
• Experience in process improvement and problem-solving methodologies
• Ability to analyze complex data to resolve billing and operational issues
