Senior Revenue Cycle Analyst

Job Summary

Serving as a subject matter expert, the full-time Senior Revenue Cycle Regulatory Research Analyst will lead complex regulatory analysis, interpret payer policies, and drive compliance initiatives while working remotely from MO, IL, OK, or WI.

Key responsibilities

• Analyzes and interprets regulatory changes from CMS, MACs, Medicaid, and commercial payers
• Translates regulatory guidance into actionable workflows and billing practices
• Leads large-scale revenue cycle and compliance projects, coordinating efforts across departments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Five years of relevant experience
• CHC certification or demonstrated compliance experience preferred
• Strong analytical ability
• Experience in leading cross-functional projects
