Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Revenue Cycle Analyst-Underpayments.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate and review hospital accounts for additional revenue opportunities and confirm claim reimbursements
• Monitor junior staff work queues, collaborate with management on strategy, and train new analysts
• Assist management with budget forecasting and perform analyst duties when necessary to meet client milestones

Required Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in data mining, trending, and auditing claims
• High School Diploma
• Thorough understanding of Hospital Revenue Cycle and medical terminology, including coding methodologies
• Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities
• Organized and analytical self-starter with critical thinking skills
