Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Revenue Cycle Integrity and Reporting Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform technical configurations of billing systems and develop validation processes for monthly billing activities
• Prepare and validate monthly billing reports, develop KPIs, and lead investigations of billing inquiries
• Collaborate with various teams to identify automation opportunities and ensure compliance with healthcare laws and policies

Qualifications

• Proficient in SQL and Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
• 4 years of experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle, focusing on billing configurations and payer contracts
• Experience in developing SOPs and conducting post-billing audits
• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field
