Senior Revenue Cycle Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Revenue Cycle and Payor Contracting Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform pricing analysis and contract modeling to support payor negotiations and reimbursement rate implementation
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards and analytical tools using platforms such as Excel, Tableau, and Power BI
• Analyze performance results against expectations, identify variances, and communicate insights to support data-driven decisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in analytics, financial analysis, or payor contract modeling
• Advanced experience in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Healthcare industry experience, particularly in radiology, and familiarity with SQL tools or healthcare reimbursement methodologies is a plus
