Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Revenue Cycle Analyst/Revenue Cycle Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage post-audit claim inventory and track claims through recovery and adjustment processes
• Coordinate client communication and maintain documentation for audit determinations and invoicing
• Produce reports on recovery performance and identify process improvements in revenue cycle workflows

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, payment integrity, or claims operations
• Strong understanding of post-pay and pre-payment claims review workflows
• Experience working with health plans, TPAs, or healthcare vendors
• Proficiency in analyzing medical claims data and advanced Excel skills
• Experience with payment integrity or overpayment recovery programs is preferred
