Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, build, and configuration of custom insurance packages
• Monitor and audit billing processes, implementing corrective actions as needed
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and support claims processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5+ years of related professional experience
• 2 years of experience with the Athena system required
• Prior billing experience in a healthcare environment
• Understanding of employer health plans and revenue cycle KPIs
• Experience with various payers and payment methodologies
